How we assisted in reducing cost and improving quality

After initially establishing the supplier base in India in major manufacturing hubs, we quickly moved all protype production to India, to improve the quality of the product we managed to use corrosive resistant materials as per drawings without any increase in quoted price. In the second year of manufacturing we developed two additional suppliers in India for redundancy as well as managing the increase in order quantity. We have also maintained the pricing for well over 3 years.

We and our subsidiaries currently manufacture over 20 sku for business and most of these sku have Kanban that are maintained in the US enabling a quick delivery.
